Yes. Always. Apex operates a strict fixed-price guarantee. Once your quote is agreed, that's the number you pay on move day. No hidden fees, no fuel surcharges, no padded hours.
Do you dismantle and reassemble furniture?

Absolutely. Every crew arrives equipped for beds, wardrobes, tables and flat-pack furniture. Just let your coordinator know in advance so we plan the right time.
Are you fully insured?

Every job carries £2 million public liability cover and £50,000 goods-in-transit protection as standard. Extended and marine cover is available on request for international moves.
Do you use your own crews or subcontractors?

Only our own. Every mover is a directly-employed, DBS-checked, uniformed Apex team member. Trained in-house to a single high standard.
Do you offer packing?

Yes. Full packing, part-packing or fragile-only. We supply premium double-walled boxes, wrap, tape and floor protection, and unpack at the other end if you'd like.
Can you store my belongings between homes?

Yes. Our secure, alarmed, CCTV-monitored storage facilities are available for as little as a week or as long as you need. With easy collection and re-delivery.
What size moves do you handle?

We move properties from 2-bedroom flats up to 5+ bedroom family homes, plus offices from small studios to multi-floor corporate relocations.
Do you move overseas?

Yes. Weekly European departures and worldwide sea, air and road freight, with in-house customs clearance and vetted destination partners.
How do I pay?

We accept bank transfer and all major cards. A small deposit secures your date and the balance is due on completion. No cash-on-the-day pressure.
