How much do packing services near me cost?+
Partial packing (kitchen + fragile items) for a 3-bed home typically lands between £250 and £450 including materials. Full white-glove packing for a 3-bed home is usually £550–£950 including all cartons, tissue, bubble wrap and export-grade wrap, plus unpack at destination. Every Apex quote is one fixed written price — no daily rate creep.
Are packing materials included?+
Yes. Every partial and full-service packing job includes double-walled cartons, wardrobe hanging boxes, dish packs, picture crates, tissue, bubble wrap, tape and labels. You don't buy anything separately and we take the empties away after unpack.
How long does professional packing take?+
As a guide: a 2-bed home is a 1-day pack, a 3-bed home is 1–2 days, and a 4-bed home is 2 days. We usually pack the day before the move so day-two is a smooth load-and-drive.
Do you unpack at the other end too?+
Yes, full-service white-glove includes unpacking into cupboards, wardrobes and shelves, plus flat-pack reassembly of beds, wardrobes and dining tables. We remove and recycle all the empty cartons before we leave.
Are my belongings insured while you're packing?+
Yes — £2 million public liability and £50,000 goods-in-transit cover as standard, with bespoke uplift on request for high-value collections, art and antiques.
