When will I receive my quote?
If you request a quote online, our smart quote engine will provide you with a quote within minutes or you can receive an instant quote by calling us and speaking to a member of our friendly team.
Some of my furniture needs dismantling or taking down, will you do this for me?
Of course. Our removal teams always come equipped with a toolbox for such an occasion. We simply ask that you let us know what needs dismantling ahead of time, so we can factor it into our timescale for completion.
How much notice do I have to give you before I move?
We recommend a minimum of one week notice, as we often get booked up any later than that. However, it is possible we may have a gap in our schedule if you need to move at shorter notice, so please call us to enquire.
Are there any extra charges?
All our quotes are fixed, and we will never include any surprise extras. In the event that your moving needs change (if you need to add our packing services after getting your original quote, for instance) then we will recalculate your quote, and agree it with you before proceeding.
How long will the move take, and how many men will be in the delivery team?
This depends entirely on the nature of the move. Once we know how much you need moving, the starting point, and your final destination, we will be able to give you a realistic timescale for the move, and let you know how many people will be turning up.
Can you dump or recycle furniture?
Yes. Simply tell us what you want us to do when you ask for your quote, and we will incorporate it into our fee.
Can I ride in the van?
So long as there is room, we’re happy to have you along for the ride.
How do you transport clothes?
We use wardrobe boxes, which keep your clothes in a hanging position throughout the move, minimising creasing.
Can I keep the wardrobe boxes?
We reuse the wardrobe boxes for future deliveries. However, you are welcome to purchase additional wardrobe boxes from us, which you can then keep.
Do you charge the same rate at weekends?
Yes. We charge the same rate for Mondays through to Sunday.
How do you transport TVs?
All televisions and other large, delicate items are carefully wrapped and padded in quilts, and carefully positioned in the van to ensure no damage.
What if there are more or less items than the original quote?
Please let us know as soon as possible whether there are any changes to your original requirements, so that we can calculate a new quote, accurately reflecting the changes.
Do you provide packing boxes and boxes for moving?
We do, either as part of our full packing service, or to be passed onto you before the move, if you are packing yourself.
How can I pay?
We accept debit cards, credit cards, checks, BACS, and cash payments.
